I am glad to know that Orissa Voluntary Health Association (OVHA) is bringing out its 45Ih Annual Report for the year 2018-2019.
Good health is central to development. It is a priority sector and Government is working on to ensure quality universal health services and affordable health to all through a multi-sectoral approach. Apart from Government, the responsibility is also on various other institutions like OVHA to extend support to the efforts of Government. It is heartening that OVHA operates and acts as a catalyst in the field of health and development since 1974. The Annual Report of OVHA in the past has served in meeting challenges and helped in policy planning and I hope the 45th Annual Report would be acknowledged for its findings.
